We stand behind our products with a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll do our best to make it right. Whether that means tips for better results, trying another product, or a refund, depending on the situation.
Please note:
Refunds require clear photo/video evidence of product usage and results to qualify. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns Policy
To qualify, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, meaning:
- Items must be unused, unworn and undamaged
- Items must show no additional signs of use, alteration, or tampering
- Items must not be missing parts or damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items must not have been resized or modified after delivery
- Original packaging, seals (where applicable), and all included accessories or documentation must be returned
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
If your item qualifies:
- Send a photo of the unopened product to our support team.
- Once approved, we'll send the return address and instructions
- After receiving and inspecting the return, we'll process a full refund of your order subtotal (excluding shipping).
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be completed by your bank or card provider.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products due to hygienic reasons
